For a long time, the world has tried to force a choice: you are either a person of logic or a person of magic.

I’ve never believed in that choice.

​Hearth and Hollow is an “Analytical Mystic” approach to a sovereign life. It’s where over 20 years of study in the esoteric meets a deep respect for modern science and real-life evidence. You can read more about my personal story here.

I always asked, “Is this real? How does it actually work?” I began exploring the overlap of science, frequency, and the traditional ways of my Appalachian home.
